Fiona’s Psychotherapy Approach

Creatives, dreamers, and achievers often seem to see the world differently from others.
Their unique accomplishments can be great sources of pride and purpose. But, the same
drive that produces these accomplishments can lead to stress, burnout, and difficult
emotions.

It can be easy for driven individuals to get caught up in the desire to feel productive and
useful at the expense of their own well-being. For some, this can lead to exhaustion,
depression, and questioning their choices in life.

Often, people like this seem to experience emotions more intensely than others. Others
may have labeled them “sensitive” earlier in life. This can teach people to place emotions
aside to feel more accepted. Social events may leave them stressed and overwhelmed.
They may be stressed and anxious about the minutiae of each day as well as the bigger,
existential dilemmas of living a meaningful life.

My Non-judgemental and Collaborative Approach

patterns and beliefs. We can work towards you living a more balanced and fulfilled life.
