Therapy is a collaborative process. Through this process, we will help you make changes that can allow you to live a more satisfying life.
My expertise is in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. This includes anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I also specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ people and those who are newly diagnosed HIV+. As a former teacher, I welcome working with today’s educators and the unique challenges they face.
