Stress and depression are remarkably good at making us forget our strengths. It can be hard to get unstuck enough to see the path forward on our own. Therapy can help provide the tools necessary to start on that path.Everyone has their own issues, struggles & needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach. I partner with my clients to identify what will work best for them with the goal of making them feel better.

Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. What is working for you? What can you improve? What entrenched patterns are getting in the way?

Therapy gives you an opportunity to gain insight and a choice. We can choose to do things differently once we understand ourselves more. We can’t change what we don’t see.

Utilizing new coping skills, managing relationships, and rediscovering strengths makes people feel better. Reach out to me to see how we can help you.

While my speciality is helping those struggling with depression and addiction, I also have extensive experience treating:

  • Anxiety
  • Codependency
  • Depression
  • Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders
  • Relationship Issues
  • Self-esteem issues
  • Stress Management

You can contact me by email or by phone (202) 630-8120. I do my best to return all inquiries within 24 hours.
