Lynn Roush, Psychotherapist, LPC, CAC-II
She/her/hers
Oftentimes we find ourselves stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking or behavior. Therapy can help you understand these thoughts and behaviors on a deeper level.
As a therapist, I focus on your own inherent goodness and resilience. My approach to therapy is collaborative and uses self-compassion to create positive change. I will work with you to uncover and develop insight around the parts of you that make up your whole self. Together, we will explore how these parts contribute to thought or behavior patterns you would like to address. I use cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy techniques tailored to each individual.
I specialize in addiction and perinatal mental health. I also have significant experience in treating depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I can’t wait to help you create lasting and meaningful change.
