Parenting is hard. In addition to the joy and fulfillment parenthood brings, the days can often leave us filled with resentment, defeat, and guilt. It doesn’t have to be this way. We can help.
Pulling from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) this group will provide parents the opportunity to learn skills to more effectively engage in their relationships with their children and/or co-parent, manage stressors, and regulate emotional reactions. Participants will be given the tools they need to implement changes in real time and try out new behaviors at home with the support of a community of peers.
