Our newest support group is designed specifically for parents of children under 5 who are learning to parent during the COVID-19 pandemic. The group provides the opportunity for parents to learn, connect, and engage with and alongside peers who are navigating how to create a new normal in an abnormal world.
Over the 6 week session, clients will gain knowledge, support and community to increase confience and validation around the unique challenges faced by new parents.
We recognize child care challenges during this time. As such, children are welcome to attend with parent participants.
We are currently accepting appointments for new clients. Contact us today about finding a psychotherapist who is a fit for you.
