About the Workshop

Join us for a comprehensive presentation on how to begin healing our relationship to our bodies.

Together we will explore common misconceptions perpetuated by diet culture about health, weight, and our bodies. Attendees will deepen their understanding of weight inclusivity and food flexibility.  Participants will learn the benefits of intuitive eating and joyful movement. This workshop will provide practical applications for participants to begin incorporating these new perspectives into their lifestyles.
