Grief Workshop Series

Techniques to better understand loss and mourning

Free Virtual Grief Workshops

We hope to provide additional grief workshops over the course of the next few months. Contact us to be notified of upcoming workshops at [email protected]

Over the course of our lives, we will experience loss. Some of these losses will usher progress and personal growth. Other losses, especially the death of a loved one, may shatter our very existence. We are profoundly changed by loss; our lives will never be the same. To come to terms with loss, we must first grieve.

The grieving process can be confusing, terrifying, excruciating and exhausting. To better understand and to find ways to cope with grief and loss, Rock Creek Therapy is offering a series of workshops. The workshops are designed to give participants a framework for the grieving process, to normalize the experience of mourning and to provide tools for managing the myriad of emotions associated with loss.

The workshops will on Saturday mornings for 75 minutes on Zoom and are free of charge.
