Through our three workshops, we aim to normalize the experience of mourning, and offer a safe and nurturing space to explore the emotions and challenges that arise in the face of loss.

The Grieving Process

  • An overview of models around processing grief (i.e., Kubler-Ross/Kessler, etc.) and different types of grief.
  • Understanding your needs while grieving.
  • Participants are provided with a framework for grieving and validation about what they are experiencing.

What’s Helpful and Not Helpful When Dealing with Grief?

  • Getting through the holidays and anniversaries.
  • Tools and techniques for coping with special occasions.
